Where are you located?

Our office is located in Wilmington, Delaware. We work with various United States suppliers and ship from multiple warehouses, nationwide. 

Do you have a showroom to visit?

No, we do not have a showroom. We're an Internet retailer which allows us to keep our costs down and pass these savings to our customers, while providing exceptional support.

Do you offer any used items?

No. We sell only brand-new items, directly from the manufacturer, with full manufacturer warranty. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for some items. But international shipping is not eligible for our free shipping promotion. Please e-mail support@gameroombunker.com for a shipping quote. In addition to this rate, you will also be responsible for any local taxes, duties, fees, etc.

Does delivery include assembly/installation?

Delivery on most of our items does not include professional setup. You can either request White Glove service at checkout or look into hiring a local installer on your own. 

Can I order now and specify delivery for a future date?

Yes! We can help you coordinate delivery for a certain week. This is quite common, especially for customer's moving into a new home or office. Just notify us when you would like to receive. Please note, while we are unable to guarantee delivery dates prior to booking shipment, we can try our best to align. Once the item(s) arrive at your local freight terminal, the carrier will give you a call to schedule a specific date and time window at that time.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We're an Authorized Dealer, and every product you purchase comes direct from the manufacturer. This allows for best pricing, speedy delivery, and ensures your warranty will be honoured.

Game Room Bunker does not house physical inventory. Like other Internet retailers, we source products from the manufacturer directly. So if you place your order with us to find the item is out of stock, that means it is unfortunately out of stock everywhere (even if other sites haven't updated the stock status to reflect this.)
